Welcome to the “Boyd’s Nest”
Carolyn and Dan welcome their friends and relatives to their home on Chandos Lake on a regular basis. Our retirement, five years ago marked the beginning of the cottage conversion into our year-round home. This is now completed except for a few finishing touches and the normal ongoing work that comes with a home on the lake.
Carolyn continues her career by doing occasional teaching in Apsley. Both Dan and Carolyn participate in the lake association, Apsley events and activities.
In the last municipal election Dan ran and was elected Councillor, Chandos Ward 1 in North Kawartha.
